SJC oral argument schedule

I've perused the SJC's schedule for oral arguments in February –

-  and the one I think is most interesting and I might try to see is on Feb. 10 at 1:45 pm – addressing the constitutionality of Maine's sex offender registration act (SORNA).  The SJC has been wrestling with this issue for several years, wanting to see how it applies in context.  This may be one of those times that the Maine Court relies on its own Constitution as more protective than its federal counterpart.  If Paul Stern is arguing on behalf of the State as the schedule says, it should be a lively and interesting dialogue.
