Mem. Dec update
Multiple readers (wow, I have more than one!) noted that the SJC’s unpublished opinions are on a website – Cleaves. http://www.cleaves.org/slip.htm (“Unpublished Memoranda of Decision”). So skip that first observation I made in the last entry – as long as there’s general access to the opinions, the purpose is served. And it’s another reason to peruse that site on a reglar basis.
